I actually sped over there from San Antonio to buy a phone and arrived when they were just about to lock up. I hate to be "that customer" but without hesitation the employees welcomed me and the manager not only got me a great deal on a phone but made sure it was fully activated and could make a call before I left. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced by any Sprint employee in the 15 years I've dealt with them. Thanks AJ!
